Isabelle started taking bottles this week!! She used to act like we were trying to kill her when we put a bottle in her mouth - but Daddy kept the faith - and now she takes bottles like a pro :) I am very excited to be able to leave the house for more than two hours at a time - and now I don't have to be worried about going back to work part-time in January!! I have to admit - it makes me just the tiniest bit sad to know that she doesn't always need me every 3 hours... but I'll trade that for being able to FINALLY get my hair cut!!! Yay Isabelle!

Daddy?
It's a little long, but at about 1 minute in, she tries to get out her first word. It's not like any noise she usually makes, and has the same inflection as my "Da--ddy" It doesn't count, but we are getting close- way ahead of schedule of course. Also, she had her 4 month visit to the doctor today, who assured us her weight is gaining exactly as it should, and she is a happy healthy little girl. She is 12lbs 3ounces, and is almost 25 inches.

Isabelle and Chase
Isabelle played with her little buddy Chase yesterday! Chase is moving to Wyoming in a couple weeks - so Isabelle wanted to try to hold his hand before he moved away. Daddy was not pleased - but Chase was quite happy :)

3 Month Portraits :)
Izzy had her three month photo shoot at the beginning of November. She was mellow and calm for the shoot - but not quite as smiley as she usually is! However, we had an AWESOME photographer that caught every smile that Izzy had! Jen Maihack is a great photographer, and I highly recommend her. She does weddings, portraits... anything.
