This book is amazing. My kids sat completely entranced while I read it last night. The illustrations are intricate and beautiful. The language is complex, incredibly descriptive, and almost poetic at times while remaining accessible for children.
The Rise of the Guardians is based on this book. But - as always - the movie pales in comparison. We will be getting the whole series when they come out!!
